It doesn't matter whether it's a Flatcap, Beret, Cowboy Hat or Fedora. You measure all of them in exactly the same place to find out the right hat size. To do this, take a measure tape and place it in the middle of your forehead and around your head. If you don't have a tape measure to hand, you can also take a piece of string and measure it. It is important to ensure that the tape measure is approx. 1 cm above the ears and at the widest part of the back of the head.
